TwinBin®

The TwinBin® Fastener Management System

The standard system is the TwinBin™ which comprises any number of bins with two compartments mounted vertically and divided by a slide. The pull-down doors enable the bins to be loaded with the product and the operator accesses only the lower bin until all components have been used.

Hurst Green's TwinBin product has already created opportunities for many world-class aerospace companies, achieving impressive cost reductions, whilst significantly improving stock control. RFID is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using RFID tags.

FlagBin®

New Enhanced TwinBin®

The FlagBin® : a new enhancement for the TwinBin® system which greatly improves the visibility and usability for the user and managers alike. Can be added retrospectively to existing TwinBin installations.

TwinBin® Racking

Light, strong and versatile, the new racking usually comes in two sizes: 0.75m wide and 1.5m wide which have spaces for 50 and 100 single TwinBins respectively. The racking system is so versatile that we can also offer various sizes like the Cube and Hexagonal below. Castors are available for mobile options.
